Guide to the Authors

Oral Presentation

All the oral presentations will be given in English. Speakers have been allocated the following time slots:

Invited Speakers: 40 minutes total: 30 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion
Regular Talks: 20 minutes total: 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion

All the authors presenting a talk are kindly requested to show up at least 30 minutes in advance the beginning of their oral session. Authors are expected to upload their presentation to the room's laptop by USB drive.

Poster Presentation

Posters dimension: Width: 70cm | Height: 100cm, vertical (portrait) orientation.

Please note that the panels do not allow hanging patchwork posters, i.e. the poster must be a single sheet of paper and not a collection of smaller sheets. There is no printing facility on site. Poster presenters are requested to come with their poster already printed, including title, authors and any other relevant information. See final program for assigned code. The necessary items to attach the poster to the panels will be provided on site.
